How do I reserve a lot?
A US$500 fully refundable deposit, held in escrow, reserves your chosen lot for 30 days while you decide.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Pre-approved seller financing is available with 10% down and 6% interest over 5 years. No bank is required.
Are there annual fees?
The Community Maintenance Fee is US$1,000 per lot, per year. It covers road maintenance, shared infrastructure, community improvements, and environmental protection.
How do homes get power and water?
The community is fully off-grid. Homes use solar power, rainwater collection, and independent septic systems, so there are no utility bills.
Can I build my own home?
Yes. You can choose a turnkey home, a custom build, or blueprint plans, and we can introduce you to an experienced local builder. Construction follows the community’s building guidelines, including a 10-ft natural buffer on each lot.
Is Belize a good place to retire?
Many owners think so. Belize is English-speaking, its currency is pegged to the US dollar, and its Qualified Retirement Program (QRP) is open to eligible applicants aged 40+, with tax advantages on certain personal imports.
