Local man’s eco-village to be featured on HGTV
A Waterloo Region developer’s work in Belize will be featured on “House Hunters off the Grid” on the Home and Garden Television. Looey Tremblay created a 130-acre eco-community in San Ignacio, Belize, called “Better in Belize Ecovillage” that features green designs in a variety of styles. Tremblay said 18 people from the region own homes in his off-the-grid village that features 23 houses.
