The whole 100 acre property will consist of only 100 houses with privacy and ample space separating them. The lots are different sizes, the details of which are described below.
Riverside lot - 1 acre lot with front side of the house facing the river - 25 lots

Pricing
The lots occupy the prime riverside/river and jungle view locations. The listed price of all the houses is $149,000. CND. Initially we are offering houses at a discounted price of $129,000 CND, however this discount is valid for the first 12 houses only and may be suspended at any time. Payment Structure
The buyer can book a house with a down payment of $1,000. CND and $49,000.00 CND due within 10 days. The balance can be financed at an interest rate of 9.7% per annum. The buyer has the option to pay the balance at any time.
You buy a property and get a fixed 12% return from the 3rd year onwards. Your property will be rented out to visitors, vacationers and corporate clients when you're not staying there.
OR
You buy a property and you re-sell the property after 6 years for $250,000.00. The property will be rented by the management within those six years to individuals or for corporate events.
